H2O Leisure Club fitness classes are available to members and non-members looking to do something more than just the regular exercise. Have fun, improve skills and keep fit.
Total National Training ClassTNT classes are upbeat, fast energetic and most importantly doable for all fitness levels and physiques! Our classes will always be split into THREE sections; HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Weighted and Aerobic! In just ONE hour you can burn up to 800 calories!
Wednesday 7.30pm – 8.30pm
First Class: £5
1:1 Personal Training: 1 Hour - £30
3 Hours - £80
6 Hours - £140
12 Hours - £260
Groups (1-4): 1Hour - £40
3 Hours, £100
6Hours - £180
Diet Plans: 6 Weeks Plan - £40
If you are a non-swimmer or just looking to improve your swimming skills, then Eva the swimming instructor can help you with that.
You can join a group, a one to one or a private class to improve swimming technique.
Group Lessons Timetable:
- Tuesday & Friday 4.00pm – 7.00pm
- Saturday 8.00am – 11.00 am
- Sunday 9.00am – 1.00pm
Private lessons can be booked any day between 6.30am and 9.30pm.
- Kids lessons (30 minutes long)
- Group lessons: £140
- 1:1 lessons: £280
- 2:1 lessons: £ 210
Adults group lessons are 1 hour long. Private lessons can be booked for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour. Contact for prices, more details on upcoming adults courses, pay as you go lessons and packages available.
