Classes start from 9.30 - 11.00, for 30 min each Class
Join our exciting baby and toddler classes where your child will learn to swim, be water safe and have fun! We believe that all pre school children should be able to swim independently before they start school and this is our aim for your child.
No swimming aids are used to allow complete freedom of movement in the water.
Your baby needs to be at least 8 weeks old!
Underwater photography and video is available too.

Yoga/Pilates
Every Monday at 7.00pm for 60 min
£8.50 per person, £4.25 for leisure club members and Hotel guests.
Also available 8 consecutive lessons for £60 (£30 for leisure club members)
Flex with Yoga and strengthen with Pilates
Escape from everyday life for an hour and enjoying some “you” time
Learning to appreciate and make the most of your body from within, and progressing to become more flexible and stronger. Focusing on core exercises helps flatten the stomach and strengthen the back. Complimentary moves from Yoga and Pilates are used to bring balance, poise and grace to posture and movement.

Aqua Aerobic
Every Thursday at 6.00pm for 45 min
£5.00 per person, £3.00 for leisure club members and Hotel guests.
Aqua aerobics has many benefits and is suitable for people who want to maintain health, lose weight, increase flexibility and cardio-vascular fitness.
Water exercise has a higher resistance due to the main component, water, supporting the body and reducing the risk of strains and injuries.
This class will help you relax, relieve muscular tension and it makes you use virtually all groups of muscles in the body.
