Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required in order to make a booking. The Organiser/Booker is responsible for collecting payments for deposits and final balance and agrees to pay by the date specified below.
The balance is payable no later than Monday, 31st October. All payments for Christmas and New Year bookings are non refundable and not transferable. However, should we experience adverse weather conditions, your event may be postponed and taken by end of January 2012. Bookings made after the 1st November must be confirmed with a 100% payment within 7 days. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel an event or booking.
